Going to the gym has been something which many people, including myself, have always said they want to do for a variety of reasons, from mental health reasons to just overall body fitness to include a few. I’ve wanted to go to the gym for similar reasons also, so I decided earlier this year to start going.
I started going with two of my close friends I have known since school after realising we could get it cheaper through a student discount (always helpful!) in March. We would all go together once or twice a week then usually go on our own the other times we decide to go to do our own stuff.
